- Recent consultation of gas to liquids projects including possible integration into refineries;
- Consultant on crude oil quality, desalting and corrosion. In this role Eric supported 17 ConocoPhillips/Phillips 66 and affiliate refineries. Since forming ProCorr Consulting Services Eric has provided services to 9 more domestic and international refineries.
- Various technical leadership roles in the corporate refining technology group of ConocoPhillips and later Phillips 66 including:
- Refinery Process Manager in England for Humber Refinery – played an important role in the integration of Immingham CHP with two major refineries.
- Process Engineering Director for corporate major project group – projects include 100 mbpd full conversion grassroots refinery, multiple revamp projects from $5 MM to $180 MM, and new technology drag reducer production facility.
- Successful development of major grass roots and revamp projects for refineries including:
- Heavy Oil conversion projects (New Coker and refinery revamp to process Heavy Venezuelan Syncrude
- Cryogenic gas processing integration into refineries
- Director of corporate refining technology group.
- Corporate FCC consultant.
- Lead process engineer providing operations support in an area containing FCC/VRU, crude unit, alkylation unit, amine/sulfur plants, thermal cracker, and LPG treating and fractionation
- USA citizen with B.S. in Chemical Engineering from Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology, and M.S. Chemical Engineering from Oklahoma State University.
- Adjunct Professor in Chemical Engineering at University of Tulsa.
- Licensed Professional Engineer in Oklahoma
